GUARANTEE AND RETURN POLICY
FINISHED QUILT AND QUILT TOP GUARANTEE :
Quilts are machine pieced and machine quilted. Authenticity is fully guaranteed. Quilts and quilt tops, other than custom-made quilts (including t-shirt) or quilt tops, may be returned for a full refund, less shipping, handling and insurance charges if returned in the same condition as sent to buyer (unless specifically stated otherwise in the item's description).
Return policy:
We will accept returns if the item is not as described. A full refund less shipping/handling charges will be made if the item is returned in the same condition as shipped to customer. We can not be responsible for items that are damaged in transit, and is why we require insurance. An insurance claim must be filed for any items damaged in transit by the customer.
The customer must notify us that the item will be returned within 24 hours of receiving it and ship it back in the same way it was shipped (i.e. Express Mail, Priority Mail, UPS) within five days. Returns are not accepted after five (5) days without prior approval.
IMPORTANT NOTE : WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF ITEMS THAT THE CUSTOMER HAS WASHED, DISCOLORED, OR DAMAGED IN ANY WAY. Those items you decide to return should be re-bagged immediately and secured back in the box to avoid any damage.
CUSTOM-MADE QUILT AND QUILT TOP GUARANTEE:
All custom-made quilts and quilt tops are completely guaranteed as to pattern, size, specified coloration, fabric content and quality of workmanship. If there is a problem with any of these things, we will take the quilt back and re-make it, at our expense, including shipping.

Custom-Ordered Quilts. Our ready-made quilts are representative of typical, traditional quilt patterns and colors. If one of our ready-made quilts appealed to you, but is not featured in the size or colors that you would prefer; we can create it to your specifications. Custom-Made Quilts:
If we have not featured the quilt pattern you would like, we encourage you to contact us. We have hundreds of patterns readily available to create the perfect custom-made quilt for you. The process of creating a custom-made quilt is not at all difficult, but it does require a small investment in time to enable us to completely understand what you desire in your quilt.
There are just two simple steps :

Providing the name of the quilt pattern is helpful but not absolutely necessary. Many of the older, traditional quilt patterns are known commonly by several different names. In order to ensure that we understand precisely the pattern you are wanting, we will send a copy of the pattern as an email attachment for your approval.

Color selection. If you would like a particular shade of a color, you will be asked to mail a paint chip, a swatch of fabric, a drapery tieback, etc., so that we can be certain of an exact match.
